Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, and receive a full refund. This applies only if the item is in its original, unused condition and includes proof of purchase.

    Important Exceptions for Hygiene & Personal Care

    Please note that due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery.

    • Cosmetics and Skincare: Any item that is delivered with a protective seal, shrink-wrap, or hygiene sticker cannot be returned once that seal has been tampered with, opened, or broken.
    • Hygiene Products: Any personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin or hair are non-returnable if the original packaging has been opened.

    Condition of Returned Items

    To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. If an item is returned to us unsealed or in a condition where it cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduction from the refund amount.
