📦 SHIPPING & ORDER FAQ
⏳ I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3–7 business days* for processing and production time before your order ships.
*Business days are Monday-Friday, Excluding holidays within each country.
🚚 HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average shipping time: 2–5 business days**.
**There are slight differences depending on the country.

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
✍️ DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & SIGN-OFF
To ensure your goodies reach you safely, please keep the following in mind:

Availability: Customers are responsible for being available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Signature Requirements: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure an authorized person is available to sign for the package.

Failed Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier promptly to arrange redelivery or collect the package from a local pickup point.

Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect availability, or failure to collect from a local depot may be subject to additional shipping fees if you wish to have the order resent.

Some products may be shipped separately from other items. These products are fulfilled from different locations, so you may receive them in a different package and on a different delivery timeline.
💰 TAXES & DUTIES
Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Nanasbeautyholic does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
🌍 DELIVERY DUTIES PAID (DDP) COUNTRIES
If your international order is shipping on a DDP basis, all relevant taxes and duties are included at checkout and no additional fees will apply upon arrival. Please note: All EU orders over €150 ship as DDU and may incur customs fees.

🌐 DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID (DDU) COUNTRIES
If your order ships as DDU, taxes and duties will be collected before delivery based on your country’s customs regulations. EU orders over €150 ship as DDU and may incur additional fees.

🚫 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship packages exceeding your country’s maximum allowed shipping weight. If shipping options don’t appear at checkout, please split your order to meet weight limits.

⚖️ 10 LB LIMIT: Most EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, etc.)

⚖️ 8 LB LIMIT: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom

⚖️ 5 LB LIMIT: Indonesia, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore

💰 SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR KOREAN BEAUTY
Insurance is included in the shipping cost. We provide protection against the risk of physical loss or damage to your shipments from external causes during transportation for your peace of mind.
🏠 I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!
Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us within 24 hours with the correct address. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes.
